We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Head of Strategy, Hang Seng Insurance.
Principal responsibilities:
- Responsible to lead the Insurance Strategy and Business Management office in overseeing strategy execution of insurance business, monitoring business performance for all insurance business lines
- Manage and formulate distribution and channel strategies in terms of platform, product suite and service to boost the business
- Conduct financial analysis that transforms financial data into business decision-making information to support business assessments and recommendations to senior management
- Provides insights on improving Hang Seng insurance performance, in terms of business perspective, operational efficiency, structural revamp, etc.
- Translates overarching Group strategic objectives into relevant plans, objectives and measures for the Global Business
Requisitos
Requirements:
- University degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance or related discipline
- Minimum of 7 years' relevant experience in the Sales Strategy and Business Planning, preferably with exposure to the insurance industry
- Details oriented with creative mindset, Self-motivated with positive attitude to work independently
- Strong business acumen and marketing sense, with good communication, analytical and project management skills as well as sound knowledge of application software
- Excellent ability to gather data, visualize, connect the dots and storytelling
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese
- Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
