We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Head of Strategy, Hang Seng Insurance.

Principal responsibilities:

  • Responsible to lead the Insurance Strategy and Business Management office in overseeing strategy execution of insurance business, monitoring business performance for all insurance business lines
  • Manage and formulate distribution and channel strategies in terms of platform, product suite and service to boost the business
  • Conduct financial analysis that transforms financial data into business decision-making information to support business assessments and recommendations to senior management
  • Provides insights on improving Hang Seng insurance performance, in terms of business perspective, operational efficiency, structural revamp, etc.
  • Translates overarching Group strategic objectives into relevant plans, objectives and measures for the Global Business
Requisitos

Requirements:

  • University degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance or related discipline
  • Minimum of 7 years' relevant experience in the Sales Strategy and Business Planning, preferably with exposure to the insurance industry
  • Details oriented with creative mindset, Self-motivated with positive attitude to work independently
  • Strong business acumen and marketing sense, with good communication, analytical and project management skills as well as sound knowledge of application software
  • Excellent ability to gather data, visualize, connect the dots and storytelling
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
