We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Health Platforms Head.

Principal Responsibilities

In this role you will

  • Be part of the COO Team, responsible for the health business platforms with a broad understanding of the Health and Wellness business along with the market, customer and stakeholder base
  • Responsible for driving platform strategies and acting as the business approver for technical, data, and infrastructure changes. This involves steering effective solutions, business integration, and deliveries across multiple platforms by prioritizing business requirements to meet OKRs and achieve strategic business goals
  • As Global Product Owner, accountable for translating business strategy into cross-platform goals and product roadmaps, maintaining the backlog of capabilities, features, and epics, and prioritizing based on OKRs for all health platforms across multiple markets. This includes driving change initiatives across platforms, promoting fungibility and institutionalization of cross-platform knowledge
  • Supporting Group Tailor-made RFPs, special projects, and facilitating NB onboarding and renewals by identifying cross-platform implications and exploring solutions with cross-functional teams
  • Partner with Business, Technology, and Transformation Teams to improve cross-functional collaboration, knowledge sharing, capability development, and ongoing BAU support
  • Manage complex stakeholders, including daily interactions with CMB, Middle-office, EB, Health Operations, and CXO level, to implement the product roadmap across CTB and RTB, aligning with the expected OKRs
  • Accountable for managing the development and support from front to back-end Health platforms. Collaborate with Business, Tech, and Transformation teams to comprehend user requirements and provide support
  • This role focuses on enhancing risk management and cost efficiency and effectively lead the platform management team with strong subject matter expertise to ensure the comprehensive, timely, and high-quality business outcomes for ongoing projects
Requisitos

To be successful you will need

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferable with extensive experience on insurance system development, preferably in employee benefits
  • Detailed knowledge and experience in Policy admin, claims administration and digital servicing to meet the business needs
  • Adopt an agile and flexible approach to work and an outstanding level of professionalism and conduct
  • Strategic thinker with strong customer centric, analytical and innovation mind set and practical experience of major business transformation, including large scale project management execution experience
  • Ability to translate business and customer need to business/product requirements, customer journey mapping, technical assessments, organizational buy in, launch plans, and ongoing management, present complex strategies confidently and concisely to Leadership teams and key external stakeholders
  • Results orientated, self-directed and motivated change leader. Ability to work effectively in a multinational, highly matrixed environment
  • Developed leadership and people management experience within a multicultural and diverse environment (experience in Asia advantageous)
  • Strong growth orientation and ability to cross sell wellness and health programs with solid communication skills and stakeholder management skills
