We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist.

 In this role, you will:

  • A good technical IT knowledge on the infrastructure side around servers, apps etc and being well versed in this would be advantageous
  • Proven ability to work directly with users and management to plan and co-ordinate requirements, provide status updates, and build good relationships and good rapport with technical and non-technical staff
  • Appropriate project management, IT and/or business qualification with a strong academic record
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate and influence within a large complex matrix organization.
Requisitos

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or technical degree with at least 3+ years of software development, computer operating systems, and payment processing experience
  • Experience in Preparing Implementation & Deployment plans and executing the same.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows/Unix architecture, deployment considerations and structured infrastructure methodologies
  • Experience of taking a high-level design and producing detailed design documents taking into account capacity planning, server specification, disaster recover, monitoring, security and network requirements
  • Experience of documenting and handing over solutions to operational teams. Experience of working with Prince 2 project and ITIL methodologies
  • Managing 3rd party and internal resources to deliver projects. Experience of communicating complex solutions to non-technical project stakeholders
  • Proven understanding of change management processes in a fully change managed environment (ITIL). Oversee the implementation of workflow and automation solutions, document management strategies, and client data management initiatives.
  • Must be familiar with Scaled Agile delivery and principles deliver enterprise application. Understanding of wholesale banking products and processes (payments experience is a plus), as well as the interdependencies within the end-to-end landscape. Comfortable working with remote team members in different time zones and from diverse settings.
