We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Insurance Partnership Manager.

Principal Responsibilities

In this role you will

  • Support the Insurance Partnerships Team to execute partnerships strategies that align with the business goals and objectives of HSBC
  • Provide support for partnerships-related inquiries and issues, and advocate with local, regional, and global stakeholders in Insurance and in the Bank
  • Support the execution of Citadel partnership, including Country Steering Committee, Regional Steering Committee, Quarterly Performance Review
  • Manage the regional LTE programme for Citadel with heavy collaboration with local markets, ensure compliance with CIF, GIF and other relevant requirements and track ROI and satisfaction
  • Support for execution of regional training programme with strong collaboration with 3rd party vendor, insurance partners and local markets
  • Liaise with Finance to support regular reporting for partnership business performance and monthly report to IWPB stakeholders
  • Consolidate the annual planning process for insurance partnerships including Financial Resource Plan (FRP) and Value Stream Interlock Process (VSIP)
  • Support team administration, including AOP planning and travel budget planning
Requisitos

To be successful you will need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Experienced in business development, partnership management, or a related role with the insurance industry with particular emphasis on bancassurance
  • Good understanding of life and non-life insurance products, market dynamics and regulatory considerations
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, ability to influence and actively drive performance
  • Strong knowledge about Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
