We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Insurance Proposition and Marketing Governance Manager

Principal responsibilities

·         Manage implementation of all customer and sales facing event, communications and related Insurance marketing programs

·         Manager effective communications across all sales channels (ie. Retail banking, Private Banking, Commercial Banking and Brokers)

·         Work independently on various insurance marketing and product promotion campaigns to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and adherence to best practices in the Bank. 

·         Champion the compliance of insurance campaign governance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to established guidelines and best practices.

·         Seek approvals from risk stewards for insurance campaigns.

·         Conduct risk assessments of customer and sales programs.

·         Conduct regular audits of sales and customer campaign practices, providing recommendations for improvements.

·         Stay updated on internal guidelines, regulatory changes, and industry trends to proactively adjust insurance strategies.

·         Provide knowledge sharing and support to Distribution Department teams on governance policies and compliance requirements.

·         Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives as assigned with alignment of HASE, Group Insurance and HSIC direction

Requisitos
  • A university degree, with minimum of 8 years of working experience in a banking and/or insurance company, preferably with governance, planning, and compliance experience
  • A strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the insurance sector.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • A strong sense of ownership and a service-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Good knowledge of the retail banking business, with strong business acumen and numerical skills. Experience in the insurance business is advantageous.
