Delivers superior quality advice, consultation and coordination of international sales and  services to the Corporate, Premier, International and International segment clients with global financial servicing needs to attract, retain and expand account relationships. Embeds quality, care and ownership over all aspects of international client inquiries through direct customer sales and contact to ensure every customer 

As our International  Premier Client Sales Officer you will:

  • Develop and increase sales of international products to customers with global banking needs

  • Respond to sales and service inquiries from Premier and International segment customers, Group International Business Centers and Corporate customers on US andGroup financial services and products, including proper referral of insurance, investment and mortgage products 

  • Ensure each communication and interaction with the customer is delivered with a professional tone

  • Support clear communication lines between business units and Group entities, working with peers within the Group as required

  • Ensure compliance, operational risk controls in accordance with HSBC or regulatory standards and policies; and optimize relations with regulators by addressing any issues

  • Maintains HSBC internal control standards

    For this role, HSBC targets a pay range between $48,300.00 and $72,500.00

    The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.

Requisitos

You´ll likely have the following qualifications to succeed in this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, related field or equivalent experience
  • International, personal banking sales and service experience or equivalent, including evidence of strong sales or referral results and ability to close a sale
  • Strong sales, communications, cross-selling, organizational and customer service skills
  • In-depth knowledge of international products
  • Proficiency with personal computers as well as pertinent mainframe systems and software packages
  • Foreign language skills, such as Mandarin and/or Cantonese strongly preferred
