Principal responsibilities:
Support Head of Premier Propositions to drive initiatives to support Premier customer growth and deepening of client relationships
Support Premier Relationship Managers to grow their client portfolio and deepen relationship with clients
Work with product/segment managers on proposition‑led initiatives to ensure offerings are relevant to target segments and enhance customer value and engagement.
Assist end‑to‑end fulfilment of Premier campaigns and customer communications. Coordinate with Marketing to ensure key programs are promoted and communicated effectively to target audiences. Manage and update Premier PWS/content and maintain communication calendars.
Support Premier engagement events, including RSVP data management pre‑ and post‑event, vendor coordination, materials, and post‑event reporting.
Keep track of Premier customer performance metrics; prepare weekly/monthly MI and dashboards in collaboration with the data/analytics team. Conduct competitor and market activity scans to provide up‑to‑date references for propositions and campaigns.
Manage various internal and external stakeholders to achieve a common goal to facilitate effective marketing campaigns/ new projects launch.
Perform basic finance reconciliation: reconcile Premier reward stock with eligible customer lists; track reward cost booking; maintain accurate records and SOPs.

Education: Diploma student/holder or undergraduate in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
Skills and competencies:
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel and Word essential; Access a plus). Advanced Excel preferred for MI‑focused tasks.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail; comfortable handling datasets and producing clear reports.
- Good communication skills and customer‑service orientation.
- Able to work independently, multitask, manage time well, and meet tight deadlines.
- Language: Fluent in Vietnamese; English and/or Mandarin is an advantage.
- Attributes: Proactive, accountable, collaborative, and process‑driven.
Requirements:
- Being a student from universities/educational institutions (not graduated yet)
- Ability to intern full-time in 6 months
- Have a recommendation letter for their internship period from universities/educational institutions
