The Investment Operations Manager manages the investment operations process and actively engages with local teams and stakeholders to enhance workflow processes to improve efficiency and mitigate risk of errors on the investment services activities.

In this role you will:


  • Manage the Trade Management Life Cycle and daily BAU activities covering but not limited to pricing, creation and cancellation of units and their upload onto INMT operating system, placement of trade and fund flows instructions, settlements, cash management, reconciliations, corporate actions, payment of fees and data management
  • Maintain and update all excel files pertaining to the investment operations processes
  • Prepare and review daily cash management and ensure sufficient funding and float
  • Lead, drive and implement business strategic initiatives, thematic reviews and projects
  • Be the SME for local entity’s strategic initiatives on investment services
  • Support the Products team in the opening of portfolio accounts, fund manager transitions, Funds’ subscription documents and new fund manager on boarding


You should apply if you have:


  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience and knowledge on investment operations
  • Good verbal and written communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders internally and externally on a global basis
  • Strong mathematical and analytical ability to interpret data and exercise a good degree of judgement
  • Good organisational and planning skills
  • Additional professional qualifications in Finance, Insurance or Investment, as it would be considered an asset
