 We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Fullstack Engineer

 You will lead a highly skilled, agile development team and work closely with various Repo front office traders. We are developing features for Repo business, used by trading desks across the globe and we are seeking a dedicated professional who is a team player, self-motivated, and who achieves technological excellence in short timescales. This is an extremely hands-on, delivery-focused, technical lead position involving a lot of analysis, coding, testing and interfacing with business users. A good knowledge of Repo Trading is highly desirable but a thirst for knowledge and the knack to apply that knowledge is just as good to us.

Responsibilities:

·         Guide and oversee a team of 3+ developers to ensure the successful execution of projects and the growth of the team.

·         Develop and deliver to production small non breaking iterative changes that provide business value

·         Help consult on business requirements with specific input around technology capability and limitations

·         Help maintain and improve the stability and reliability of our production environments

·         Work closely with the business in London, New York and other centers on a day to day basis and co-ordinatewith teams to ensure that the business and project needs are met.

Mandatory Skills / Experience:

·         Repo or Securities Financing experience preferred

·         Proficient in Java microservices development

·         Familiarity with JavaScript/React for UI development

·         Basic knowledge of Cloud platforms

·         Experience in Agile methodology and DevOps tooling such as JIRA, Maven/Gradle
