We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Lead Assistant Vice President - Decision Sciences

Principal responsibilities

  • Business Consulting job family is structured to address end-to-end business needs. Members of this Job Family are differentiated by their capability of providing the required consultation & work with end-business by way of assessing the requirements, identifying the right analytical solution that can solve for the business problem, and developing the same for execution – often covering areas of business growth, improving customer experience, limiting risk exposure, enhancing internal business processes etc.,. They are required to, as necessary, embed agile & exploratory practices into their approach as needed, and retain the flexibility to change track to adopt other solutions based on changed scenarios, in order to deliver on effective results. This talent group can be tapped into for providing solutions for varying areas including improving existing processes, technology and approaches by embedding exploratory & analytics & taking it forward with a consulting mind set.
  • Strong understanding of business domain, functional goals, and the required technical expertise across multiple regions. Makes decisions, even with ambiguous /incomplete data at a pace that balances the need for further analysis and the need for timely decision given business priorities / requirements.
  • Translate key analytical solutions as generic and re-deployable across regions / markets. Drive redeployment of the solutions.
  • Responsible for supporting all UK Pega instances as a Pega LDA within the UK CRM Systems Team.
  • Configure the Next-Best-Action Designer to optimize customer engagement through personalized experiences.
  • Ensure the delivered Pega CDH solution matches business requirements & Able to provide guidance/ training to Pega users and other LDAs.
  • Must be capable of working at a broad technical level in all phases of the application systems project life-cycle and must be able to apply business knowledge and technical skills to systems development.
  • Should have the ability to interact with business/Enterprise Architects, gather requirements and translate them into strategy design Experience in designing and building DF, Design and Development of PEGA rulesets, Interaction, Strategy and Reports.
Requisitos
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a specialism in computer science, information technology or other quantitative field such as statistics
  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise software implementation & 5+ years of experience with Pega Customer Decision Hub
  • Strong integration architecture skills to integrate Pega CDH with digital (Mobile, Web) and staff channels (CRM, Contact Centre etc)
  • Ability to provide standard industry security patterns and designs 
  • Collaborating with the Enterprise, Platform and Value Stream architects to evolve the architectural strategy and roadmap; looking for opportunities to improve the current landscape/enterprise
  • Identify dependencies across multiple Platforms and Value & Sub-Value Streams; awareness of projects/strategies outside of the Value Stream
  • Developing and growing a skillset to design for cloud and for resilient, robust, secure, adaptable and flexible solution & also act as interface to other architectural groups both regional and at Group level

Required Certifications

  • Certified Pega Decisioning Consultant (v8.0 or above)
  • Certified Pega Data Scientist
