We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Lead Business Analyst
In this role you will:
- Ensuring clear delivery transparency is provided to support key decision making by the business and technology
- Ensuring Capacity is aligned to Value Streams and Sub Value streams to maximise delivery
- Working with Sub Value Stream Leads/Delivery Leads on work prioritization and backlog maintenance to ensure proper work execution in line with delivery roadmap.
- Working with the IT delivery community to instil best practices and ways of working. Monitoring, tracking and remediating best practices/standards to ensure compliance.
- Ensuring processes are reviewed to identify opportunities to streamline and improve governance
- Supporting the implementation and adherence to defined control standards.
- Driving the implementation of Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) principles aligned to the organisational drive to move to an Agile way of working.

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
- Experience within Financial services within IT department or IT consultancy company (Extensive)
- Previous experience of having managed significant projects or programmes of work or a portfolio of change.
- Previous experience of working & servicing globally distributed teams and understanding global issues
- Strong Stakeholder management / Relationship Management [Mandatory]
- Educated to graduate level (or equivalent level of experience)
- Ability to build and foster strong relationships with colleagues in IT, Business and Transformation
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Ability to work in a complex, matrix organisation with global virtual teams.
- Experience of project management processes
