We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Lead Business Analyst.

Principal responsibilities

  • Jointly work with business BAs in turning product vision into requirements: understanding customer journey.
  • Defining epics.
  • Mapping customer journey.
  • 4Writing user stories.
  • Defining Acceptance Criteria for customer facing elements.
  • Create user stories for functional requirements that are non-customer facing or are backend driven such as – interest processing, data exchange, account creation etc.
  • Assist Tech lead with end to end functional flows.
  • Data Model.
  • Interface specifications.
  • Host refinement sessions to bring stories to DoR done.
  • Ensuring that a healthy number of stories remain in the DoR bucket and healthy product backlog is maintained.
  • Reviewing what has been developed to ensure they are in line with expectations.
  • Assisting developers with queries on user stories and solution (functional).
  • Analyze functional defects, bring them up in the prioritization sessions with the Pos.
  • Review test plan with the testers for CIT, SIT.
Requisitos
  • Expertise in Business Analysis skills.
  • Strong banking knowledge with an overall experience of about 5-8 years.
  • Understanding and firsthand working experience of agile practices.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, maturity in dealing with various stakeholders in business and IT.
  • Strong customer focus and analytical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently, as well as work collaboratively with other teams, some of which may be geographically distributed.
