We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Lead People Business Consultant - GCOO.

Principal responsibilities

The role holder will be involved in leading, providing objective advice and expertise on People / HR multi-disciplinary projects/programs aligning with the long-term business vision and strategy for GCOO and GSCs.

They will deliver on the following areas (not limited to):

  • Strategic ownership – Help translate strategic priorities into actionable and measurable plans for end-to-end implementation. Support in identification and assessment of transformational/ strategic initiatives to establish structured practices for GCOO and GSCs; enable adoption/implementation.

  • Portfolio management – Own and manage complex portfolios of work along with planning and execution activities for GCOO and GSCs, working closely with the resp. Head of People, Global / Regional / Country / GSC / COO People Business Partners. Ensure high-quality, on-time delivery by building and directing workplans, timelines and budgets. Also focus on ensuring timely delivery and monitoring/reporting of the OKRs for the respective programs. Introduce and engage with relevant external agents/vendors/consultants to bring in customized expertise and experience for designing and delivering relevant solutions.

  • Program management – Design controls for managing and monitoring scope issues, schedule over-runs, risks, and inter-dependencies for effectively managing program delivery.

  • Stakeholder management – Develop long term key relationships and manage the expectations of key stakeholders including ExCo member and their leadership team, Centre Directors / Heads of GSCs, respective Business COOs, COO/ CAO teams, resp. Head of People, HR CoEs, People Business Partners, and specific business leaders for designing and delivering the strategic priorities. Act as a subject matter expert who delivers best People / HR practices and relevant interventions to support and enhance culture, capability, capacity and conduct. 

  • Design and delivery of people plans – Partner with key stakeholders for defining, executing and measuring the effectiveness of people plans while also acting as an advisor to resp. Head of People, People Business Partners and ExCo member and their leadership team. Support key stakeholders to cascade the long-term people strategy to actionable people outcomes which include (but not limited to):

            a. Organization simplification and agility through various programs specific to global line of businesses / functions.

            b. Designing and execution of targeted programs for (not limited to):

                                                 i.   Organic and in-organic growth in strategic business areas for medium-long term impact.

                                                 ii.  Building an employee value proposition to attract and retain talent.

                                                 iii. Establishing the leadership bench-strength required to grow.

                                                 iv. Building of future critical skills within the workforce which is aligned to future business strategy.

                                                 v.  Progressing our strategy towards a more inclusive environment.

             c. Identify opportunities for leveraging technology and data for enabling seamless employee experience.

  • Team effectiveness – Design and monitor processes for promoting values such as trust and collaboration, learning agility and well-being within the team. Lead a team of consultants while managing different projects/initiatives and enable growth and management of talent to critical leadership roles.

Requisitos
  • You should have experience of managing multiple portfolios of projects through strong ideas and tailored/ innovative solutions in the area of People / Human Resources.

  • You thrive in a collaborative team atmosphere, with exceptionally good analytical skills, to translate raw information into actionable strategies and initiatives.

  • You have internal / external consulting experience and have strong influencing skills with prior experience of engaging with senior global stakeholders and managing a team.

  • You are a critical thinker and can evaluate and interpret the problem leading to logical solutions and reasoning for effective decision making.

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
