We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Lead Project Management Officer.
Business: CTO Data Technology
Principal responsibilities:
• Oversee the monthly CTB Interlock position. Work in collaboration with all Data Provisioning Tech (DPT) Delivery Pods and Engagement managers to ensure funding are interlock to supplier teams properly.
• Manage the Demand and Supplier for DPT. Ensure all the resource are updated in Pioneer and match with the GPDM Forecast down to BP level
• Accountable for management reports covering GPDM, Pioneer and Discover. Provide necessarily Management Information to all DPT stakeholders to facilitate the Resource and Project management
• Assist in Third Party Spending covering the end to end process, include raising TPS requests, presenting in cost management board and liaising with procurement for contract dual signature.
• Work on all Resource requests through making Pioneer ctool requests and helping on review requests from central.
• Support financial management in project level, including intangible asset impairment review, EIM mapping review, BP CAM allocation and answering business queries.
• Highly proficient with GPDM and Pioneer
• Highly proficient with Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Must be able to demonstrate stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills
• Able to work with many simultaneous tasks in a pressurized, time-sensitive environment
• Able to direct others without having authority or seniority over them
