As a well-established insurance entity, we take care of every need of our customers with an optimized service excellence through the Bank’s retail and commercial network, with a dedicated team of professionals in place.

 

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Life Product Manager.

 

Principal responsibilities

  • Drive and support end-to-end product development and implementation covering all distribution channels (Branch / Private Bank / Broker / digital); drive cross-department collaboration (including Actuarial, IT, Marketing, Sales Channels, Operations, Legal and Compliance) to ensure products and various product initiatives will be launched in a satisfactory and timely manner
  • Prepare and review various product materials including but not limited to product specifications, product approval documents, policy provisions, benefit illustrations to facilitate the product development and implementation process while meeting internal product governance requirements
  • Engage in Product Work Group meetings to review and ensure product requirements are accurately and adequately provided for IT development; review UAT test plan and lead testing team accordingly to ensure UAT is carried out in a comprehensive manner to support product launches and various product initiatives
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis and reports so as to gain insight on the latest market and product trend; provide management with necessary information and insight to facilitate for management decision
  • Support ongoing product maintenance and post-launch initiatives
  • Handle ad hoc projects on need basis 
Requisitos
  • University degree holder with 5 years of working experience in life insurance product development role, actuarial science or related background is preferred
  • Professional qualification such as ASA or FSA is a plus
  • Self-starter with good ability to navigate complexities and co-work with different levels of stakeholders
  • A team player with great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure projects are delivered in a successful and timely manner
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with good business acumen
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
