The Wealth and Personal Banking (WPB) serves more than million customers worldwide with a complete range of banking and wealth management services to enable them to manage their finances and protect and build their financial futures. It is a global business that brings together management responsibility for Retail Banking, Wealth Management, Insurance and Asset Management with a focus on customer-centric propositions and innovative and efficient distribution channels.

 Within the Wealth and Personal Banking (WPB), the Cards team is responsible for acquiring new customers and improving portfolio profitability that will help achieve growth. Operating in several strategic markets across the region, this division is a key contributor to the profitability of the HSBC Retail business.

 We are currently seeking a detail-oriented, experienced professional to join as a Lifestyle Relationship Manager to assist in managing the selected top-tier discerning cardholders.

Principal Responsibilities

  • To act as a single point of contact/personal concierge for cardholders
  • To provide proactive and tailored account management.  This includes providing exceptional Lifestyle Concierge and account related services (with support from external vendors) to HSBC’s ultra-high net-worth clients, ensuring clients' needs are met and exceeded (where possible) to deliver a highly memorable and valuable experience
  • To work closely with the Product & Marketing team, Relationship Managers and Service Managers to create and maintain a superior product and customer journey for affluent segment
  • To liaise, monitor and gate-keep the lifestyle services provided by external vendors
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding HSBC, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency
Requisitos
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree / Graduation required or as required for the role whichever is higher
  • Minimum experience of 5 years in the Retail Banking line of business
  • Fluent and articulate in English, skills with excellent verbal and written communications
  • Outstanding problem solving skills with the ability to resolve complex customer service enquiries in a prompt, courteous and professional manner
  • Strong attention to details and administrative capabilities
  • Ability to understand the lifestyle of affluent segment will be a plus
  • Immediate joining would be preferred
