We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Software Engineer.

In this role, you will:

  • Responsible to exhibit technical development capabilities in existing application on mainframes.
     
  • Participate in technical discussions with Architect and provide data points and help in decision-making for new solutions.
     
  • Developing and maintaining vital relationships across multiple internal and external departments with stakeholders, business and customers
     
  • Well-organized, self-starter and detail-oriented person who is able to work under pressure and minimum supervision.
     
  • Excellent analytical, relationship, reporting and presentation skills.
     
  • Should involve in 50% of the time under Development and 50% of the time in Production support.
     
  • Communicate with the relevant project teams regarding resolving technical / application issues related to delivery of projects. 
     
  • Good knowledge of Payments and Banking domain.    
Requisitos

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements

  • Good hands-on experience in Design and development in Mainframes technology.

     

     

  • Should have good exposure to the Mainframes Technical Skills like Cobol, JCL, DB2, REXX Tool, TWS Scheduler, CICS, VSAM, z/OS.
     

  • Software Development Methodology: Agile Methodology and DevOps process
     

  • Expertise in Cobol programming, JCLs development, DB2 handling, TWS scheduler, CICS and Rexx programming
     

  • Good experience in CICD Pipeline and Tools like XATester, Appscan, RDZ
     

  •  Should be interested to work on both Development and Production support.
     

  • Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation of complex information and data), Good analytical and problem analysis skills.
     

  • Experience of planning and prioritizing their own time effectively, aware of their responsibilities and committed to delivering these efficiently.
