We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager – Business Finance Analytics, Finance Operations.

Principal responsibilities

  • Support development of models, analytical tooling and frameworks, complex data-driven analysis and innovative solutions to address business & process problems.
  • Support customer driven analysis ranging from product behavior analytics, customer level profitability, revenue, and cost frameworks for key WPB products (Assets, Liabilities & Wealth)
  • Providing analytical solutions on customer segments and product propositions to Business Finance. As finance analytics, the role would involve drawing linkages between different customer/ product initiatives & the associated financial impact/ return.
  • Hands-on involvement across the various stages of modeling life cycle like defining model scope to model development, validation, testing, documentation, scenario analysis etc.
  • Supporting the development and deployment of technology-based solutions using Python, Cloud based tools like looker etc.
  • Strong understanding of product dynamics and ability to tell a story around financials, customer behavior and linking to market, strategy, and plans / assumptions.
  • Ability to work hands-on on analysis/projects (using SAS, Python, SQL, GCP Tools, excel), data understanding, modelling techniques) and/or functional areas (marketing, risk, financial products, etc.).  Modelling include build, develop, maintain, and run models like:
Requisitos
  • Prior experience in Modeling, Data analytics and large data handling in a financial services firm
  • Masters or Ph. D in Economics, Statistics, Engineering, MBA or equivalent
  • Relevant experience in analytics specifically in the fields such as Credit Risk Modeling, Treasury Analytics, Stress Testing, Loss Forecasting, Product Analytics etc. for a Banking organization
  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated problem solving and project management skills.
  • Ability to comprehend intricate and diverse range of business problems and analyze them with limited or complex data and provide a feasible solution framework.
