Data Analytics and CRM - Hang Seng Bank

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our department as Manager, Data Analytics (Operations Analytics)
 
Principal responsibilities:

  • Establish and implement a comprehensive analytics strategies and solutions to enhance WPB operational efficiency, risk management and improve customer outcome in areas of NFR domains (covering CSEM, CDD, CRMU, Sales Quality, etc) and underwriting / collection process.
  • Keen to take initiatives to translate business problems into analytics-led solutions with appropriate methodology, develop and deploy fit-for-purpose analytics solutions including (but not limited to) ad-hoc analysis, self-serve visualization, automated data solutions, machine learning and AI
  • Highly sensitive to state of business and anticipative of business problems and priorities.
  • Explore the data and conduct quantitative analysis to ascertain root cause of business' issues particularly related to WPB operation processes, identifies opportunities and effective solutions and actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate analytics into business processes and decision-making. 
  • Design and develop dashboards and reporting tools for performance monitoring.
  • Ensure timely and quality analytics deliverables to satisfy business needs effectively under the dynamic business environment.
  • Sharing knowledge and good practice, working collaboratively with different parties to create a productive, diverse and supportive working environment.
  • Adhere to HSBC policy, procedures and control requirements. Ensure analytics solutions are compliant with regulations and internal policies.
Requisitos
  • University degree in in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems or other related discipline.
  • Minimum of 6 years’ experience in data analytics, preferably with focus on customer life cycle management or wealth management in banking industry.  
  • Strong knowledge and experience with WPB operations is a plus.  
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g. Big Query, Python) and visualization software (e.g. Tableau, Qlik Sense). 
  • Strong problem-solving skill and a strategic mindset, with the ability to analyses complex data, identify core issues and recommend solutions.
  • Ability to communicate with impact, with the capacity to ensure complex information is articulated in a meaningful way to a wide and varied audience.
  • Customer-centric oriented, with good interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated professional with great sense of ownership and servicing mind-set to ensure efficient and effective customer service delivery.
