We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager - Finance Operations

Principal responsibilities

  • Fund Transfer Pricing Core accounting & attribute data requirements gathering and formulation of solution to ensure Fund Transfer Pricing General ledger and arrangement records support various reporting requirements for the line finance.
  • Perform analysis of the source system and attain in-depth understanding of the products and its life cycle accounting.
  • Initiate communication with IT, Business/operations, line finance and testing teams for successful conversion exercise
  • In-depth understanding of process/systems flow of maintenance of rules and reference data that facilitates various reporting streams.
  • Design the configuration of Inbound rules and develop accounting / attributes translation rules to link source/group system and FTP.
  • Maintain inbound rules in the platform and perform validation of the rules and data attributes.
  • Planning and carrying out testing to validate the source extracts, rules and output data within FTP.
  • Understand statutory and regulatory requirements for data purposes and systems.
  • Understand the Group operating and reporting chart of accounts and Global Accounting Schematics
  • Understand changes in accounting policy and accounting flow and analyse the impacts from system perspective.
Requisitos
  • CA/ICWAI/MBA/MCA/BCA/BCom – Minimum 6 years of overall work experience. Relevant work experience is preferred. 
  • Experience in Finance systems (ERP) including a project environment.
  • Experience in data analysis, problem solving, documentation including process maps and working towards tight deadlines.
  • Ability to initiate and drive discussions with key stakeholders to effective conclusion.
  • Capable of organizing and managing day to day activities/initiatives for self & team independently
  • Demonstrated capability to learn and improve self & team's performance on an on-going basis.
  • Capable of undertaking transfer of knowledge through training/coaching within & outside of team
  • Knowledge of FTP systems particularly data sourcing and mappings will be an added advantage.
  • Working knowledge of banking products & systems and accounting & reporting thereof
  • Experience in working in a global environment, dealing with multiple stakeholders across geographies.
