We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager 

Business: Human Resources

Principal responsibilities 

• Work with Senior Consultants to manage program delivery proactively balancing scope, schedule, interdependencies, budget and risks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports for tracking key metrics, such as workforce trends, diversity, attrition, and talent development.
• Design and deliver HR MI reports and presentations for leadership and key stakeholders
• Create progress report, understand issues, dependencies and risks
• Assist in change management efforts related to HR programs and processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources,Business or Analytics with 3-5 years of experience, data analytics, or program management.
• Analytical, problem-solving skills, complex data interpretation. Mandatory Proficiency in Analytics tools 
• Certifications in Project Management, Agile Methodology / Scrum Certification is preferred, not mandatory.
• Strict adherence to the requirements of confidentiality. Discretion and integrity essential. Ability to prioritize in very short timescales.
