Customer Value Management is vital in maintaining HSBC’s position as a provider of world-class wealth and personal banking solutions, directing business development with a focus on customers. The team works to ensure the most appropriate pricing, products and promotions are directed to the most relevant customers, concentrating on building value, treating customers fairly and creating a superb customer experience.
We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Manager, Personal Lending.
Principal Responsibilities
- Manage and growth lending products for Wealth & Personal Banking to achieve business targets
- Product management of various lending products
- Drive and implement strategic projects / initiatives to enhance / revamp the product features and process to increase market competitiveness
- Work with Channels, Operations and Underwriting on application flow and process for a customer centric journey
- Collaborate with Risk team on credit refinement and ensure regulatory requirements are met
- Monitor the market dynamic and competitive activities to keep abreast of the product trends and customers’ expectations
- Integrate the market analysis and business forecast to develop the appropriate pricing strategy
Requisitos
- University degree holder, preferably majoring in Business Administration or a related discipline
- Relevant working experience in personal lending business within the banking industry
- Strong financial acumen and project management skills
- Strong strategic thinking capacity with the ability to translate concepts into actionable plans
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively cross functionally
- Fluent in Cantonese and English with good presentation skills
