Principal responsibilities
- Design and optimise card loan application journey throughout the life cycle, while leading initiatives to drive digitalisation.
- Understand the market competitive, environment and customer data to plan, organize and implement differentiated campaigns to drive customer engagement and facilitate the growth of card loan portfolio.
- Performs business needs assessments, development, and documentation of business requirements from which technical specifications are formulated.
- Rollout and launch the card loan enhancements.
- Proactively engage all the stakeholders to ensure smooth program implementation, as well as to deliver efficient and accurate execution and uplift customer experience.
- Comply with all applicable regulations, rules, codes, guidelines and standards set by regulators and the Bank, and carry out duties with high integrity.
- Adhere to all established risk control guidelines, procedures and measures and to mitigate the risks.
Requisitos
- University degree with minimum 7 years of relevant experience preferable in credit card industry.
- Open-minded and self-motivated with good communication, interpersonal, problem-solving skills and strong sense of responsibility.
- Strong aptitude for innovation, ready for challenges and enjoy working in dynamic environment
- Able to work independently with stakeholders from various functions and disciplines to drive business outcomes.
- Self-motivated professional with great sense of ownership and servicing mind-set to ensure efficient and effective customer service delivery.
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
