We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager - Workforce Management - HEAD OF SD - GSC.

Principal responsibilities

  • Data Scientist with experience deploying, monitoring and maintaining predictive models.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand the requirements, design innovative time data models and contribute to development, release and maintenance of these models.
  • Management of the WFM tools and data, ensuring accuracy and relevance to front line and central team demands with SLAs achieved.
  • Support in delivery of WFM BWOT Deliverables for 2024 and beyond within defined timelines covering all key milestones.
  • Build strong relationships, adopting a joined-up approach, to deliver business requirements at pace and with minimum conflict.
  • Maintain contact with stakeholders to identify and communicate business performance, status, and potential risks.
  • Collaborate in building NextGen WFM Solutions & support ongoing practices to enable Ops with better productivity & performance management.
  • Drive a high-performance culture through better engagement within team and effective peer management.
  • Acting as a Subject Matter Expert to support the wider business to ensure commonality and consistency of solutions.
  • Ensure Planning & Service Management processes are effective and propose improvements/efficiencies as required.
  • Compliance with external regulatory requirements, internal control standards and group compliance policy.
  • Timely implementation recommendations made by internal/external auditors and external regulators.      
Requisitos
  • Analytical thinker with a passion for using data and statistic methold to solve Business Problems
  • Proficiency with common analytical programming language eg: Python, excel, SQL. Solid understanding of data transformation and analytics functions using tools / languages like Pandas, Sklearn.
  • Technical expertise: Strong proficiency in core Data Science, Data Mining, Machine Learning and Statistical Modelling. In-depth experience in techniques from time-series forecasting and / or casual inference. Experience in with experiment design, Natural language Processing, Neural network architecture, Recommendation Systems and Large Language Model is highly desirable.
  • Sound understanding of business process management/ delivery/ shared services dynamics.
  • Knowledge of WFM workflow offerings and solutions.
  • Advance knowledge on WFM tools and methodology and best practice techniques.
  • Proficient in visualization platforms like Data Studio/ Tableau/ Qlik, etc.
  • Effective communication, inter-personal and negotiating skills.
  • Effective decision making and problem-solving ability.
  • Proven judgmental skills to identify and resolve problems.
  • Experience of managing resources using appropriate systems, tools, communication, delegation, and planning skills.
  • Ability to coordinate a wide variety of solutions, bringing a breadth of experience to the business, seeing the wider implications at all stages.

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
