We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manger, Technology Control.
Business: Regional CIO - ASP
Principal responsibilities
- To lead HASE Technology Business Service Leads (TBSL) on Important Business Services (IBSs) and Critical Operation (CO) Leads in Operational Resilience (OR) Programme. You will act as a primary focal point of coordination with different stakeholders and assist to manage the issue & risk which identified from the programme.
- Support the TBSL and CO Lead to refresh the IBS and CO artefacts on annual cycle or by trigger events (e.g. post-incident review, significant business changes, new regulatory requirement etc.).
- Collaborate with key stakeholders (e.g. Process Owner, Third Party Engagement Manger, IT Service Owner, global mapping team) to ensure the IBS/CO artefacts are up-to-date.
- Monitor and track the remediation plan of Technology Vulnerabilities.
- Assist in coordinating Scenario Testing the Scenario Testing with BCIM team and key stakeholders.
- Ensure all IBS/CO artefacts are adhere to global Operating Instructions and procedures, also to ensure the data quality on Mandala and OR dashboard is accurate.
- Prepare meeting materials for the BSO Governance Meeting, coordinate inputs from stakeholders, and arrange pre-meetings with Business, IT, and Operations teams for material incidents.
- Address and follow up on queries and challenges from the Second Line of Defence (2LoD) and Third Line of Defence (3LoD).
- Contribute to the global landscape of Operational Resilience programme activities, ensuring alignment with broader objectives.
- University Graduate in Technoloy/Business/Banking/Risk Management or related subject.
- Effective stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills with all levels of the organization.
- Strong leadership and sense of ownership, proven problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, excellent organization and execution skills.
- Demonstrated flexibility and openness to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Ability to work agile and experience in project management with good deliverables.
- Experience in IT incident management / Third Party management / Business Continuity Management is a plus.
