Working with institutional investors, banks, insurance companies, governments, and multinational corporations, Securities this team a range of fund administration, global custody, sub-custody and clearing, and corporate trust and loan agency services.  

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Middle Office Product Manager. 

Principal Responsibilities

In this role you will

  • Own all Middle Office product components
  • Define Middle Office requirements for Funds products, including operating model, sales and pricing strategy, marketing and brand adherence
  • Identify opportunities for product improvement and differentiation, efficiency and standardisation, scalability and drive process improvements
  • In conjunction with IT, align the Funds Middle Office product architecture and design to the IT architectural blueprint
  • Design and maintain global product definition documentation and relevant elements of sales collateral for Middle Office elements of Fund products
  • Provide thought leadership both internally and externally through promotion of best practices, interaction with trade publications, speaking on public trade forums
  • Make approved Middle Office presentations directly to Funds clients at User Groups, and in response to specific requests from global sales & marketing to represent middle office product elements at client meetings
  • Preparation and delivery of periodic reports within set deadlines in relation to the performance of the middle office product
Requisitos

To be successful you will need

  • Knowledge of Middle Office Product and its Operating Model as well as commonly used market platforms such as DTCC, Markit, Calypso and Acadia
  • Significant operational experience in financial services, specifically middle office processing
  • Demonstrated experience in leading Middle Office implementation and transformation, automation and digitalisation projects
  • Experience of working in a large scale and complex Middle Office change environment
  • Experience and working knowledge of systems implementation lifecycle and testing methodologies
