We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist

In this role, you will :

  • Perform Environment Build – Preparation of environments including VM, middleware, IAAS, PAAS and support under DevOps Model to accomplish release, project or deliverable.
  • Provide L3/L4 support for any batch issues faced during Functional testing/User acceptance testing
  • Plan and Execute performance test and review to upkeep Application.
  • Provide environment management support by ensuring environments are tracked against the specific release, support any demise /new environment requests. 
  • Liaise with other engineers, architects and business stakeholders to understand and drive the product or service's direction
  • Provide support to DevOps teams working at all stages of a product or service release/change with a strong customer focus and end-to-end journeys, ensuring they have an excellent domain knowledge
  • Good to have Cloud environment knowledge on AWS, GCP to host application, ensuring compliance with company standard.

Requisitos

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Expert Level knowledge of middleware, Oracle Weblogic, IBM MQ, Webspshere application server, Oracle form and such.
  • Strong Experience in automation, scripting language such as Shell or Python.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, Pivotal Cloud Foundry also beneficial. Preferred certified professional.
  • Knowledge and experience with AWS Lambda coding, terraform IaC, CiCd.
  • Knowledge of UNIX (Linux), VCS, Veritas Volume Manager, Veritas Cluster Server (SFHA) and Veritas NetBackup Client
  • Experience in UNIX infrastructure, FS management, runlevel etc.
  • Hands on with scripting, Bash/Shell/python etc.
  • Proven experience in managing and building relationship with business partners and customer service and stakeholders up and down the chain.
  • Experience in IT Infrastructure support i.e. Production Support, Application Support & infrastructure Support.
  • Team player; Multi-tasking; good testing skills; organized self-starter.
  • Automation skills with a mind set to explore and exploit the technologies we could and should use safely and efficiently within the Bank.
  • Experience with DevOps tools such as GITHub, Confluence, and Jira
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to interact independently with the global and regional Stakeholders from various IT & business teams.
  • Ability to learn proprietary tools and process needed for accomplishing day to day task.
