- Maintain and grow the current portfolio through service and support to current clients.
- Responsible for coordinating and managing the Managers assigned to you.
- Act with the Bank's values to create synergy with customers.
- Focus on developing a deep understanding of the client's business in order to effectively identify solutions that fit well with the client's strategy and needs.
- Develop relationships of trust and have the ability to develop and execute medium and long-term profitability plans with the companies in your charge.
Main Responsibilities.
- Establish and implement business strategies for Payroll retention in the assigned Divisions.
- Increase the number of net Payroll-holders with current companies through a differentiated service and recommendation to other decision makers.
- Develop and implement initiatives to retain at-risk Payrolls.
- Coordinate the customer service team in 3 Divisions.
- Implement strategies that ensure the level of service and conditions in the Payrolls of key segments and services.
- Ensure the profitability of the payroll-holders of the assigned portfolio, through campaigns.
Clients / Shareholder:
- Generate optimal product delivery processes to companies.
- Attention to business clients, resolution of doubts and problems.
- Protect the assets of shareholders, acting with the values of the institution.
Requisitos
- 3 years of experience in Selling Financial Services to business clients.
- Payroll Product Knowledge.
- Analysis focused on detecting opportunities for improvement in processes.
- Decision making when faced with operational and commercial problems.
- Generation of strategies to increase levels of profitability and service.
- Leadership and team management.
- Knowledge of products, processes and services related to the care of payroll companies.
- Knowledge in Economic-Administrative areas.
- Superior skills in Negotiation and Sales.
- Work under pressure with internal and external clients.
- Teamwork skills and interdisciplinary groups.
- Intermediate-advanced English.
