We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

In this role, you will:
•    Ensuring strict adherence to all regulatory issues and compliance of all internal controls. Implement and Comply with Group Compliance Policy. Should deliver considering the operational risk associated with the role.
•    Solid hands on experience on Data ONTAP C-MODE (mandatory) and 7-MODE.
•    Experience with standard change, incident and problem management systems Ontapp Upgrades for Netapp storage. Upgrading the Firmware on Shelves and Disks
•    NetApp experience (Snapshots, Snap-Mirror, Snap-Restore, Upgrades, De-Duplication, Snap-Vault, Operations Manager, Testing, HW/SW Installation, Operations Manager, De-Duplication, Documentation, Backup Software, ASUP Grab, Storage Capacity Management, and Performance Testing.)
•    NetApp certifications (NetApp Certified Storage Associate (NCSA) or NetApp Certified SAN Implementation Engineer) will be plus.
•    Solid hands on experience of Vservers, Vfilers, Namespace, NDO, Datamotion etc.
•    Experience on NetApp OnCommand workflow automation (WFA) and NetApp tools. Knowledge of SAN fabrics, CISCO and Brocade experience 
•    Knowledge of NFS, CIFS, ISCSI and FC.
•    Understand procedures to ensure consistent storage provisioning, uptime, regulatory compliance and data protection.
•    Should be involved in Incident Management, Release Management, Change Management and Root Cause analysis whenever required.
•    Willingness to work in 24x7x365 storage environment including on-call rotation, weekend work, etc.
•    On call support and Weekend Support 
•    Understanding of functional requirements and translation of business requirements into technical specifications 
•    Proactively identify problem situations and resolve to give maximum customer satisfaction
•    Escalation used only where necessary, appropriate measures are taken to improve and sustain high quality and prevent recurrence.

Requisitos

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: 
•    2+ years of experience of Clustered Data ONTAP (Cdot) filers and environment.
•    Experience with standard change, incident and problem management systems
•    ONTAP Upgrades for NetApp storage, Upgrading the Firmware on Shelves, Disk, ACP & Service Processor
•    Experience on NetApp OnCommand Worlflow Automation tool (WFA)
•    NetApp experience (Snapshots, Snap-Mirror. SnapVault, Snap-Restore Software & Firmware Upgrades, De-Duplication, Operations Manager, Testing, HW/SW Installation, De-Duplication, Documentation, ASUP Grab, Storage Capacity Management and Performance Testing)
•    Experience of Operations Manager (DFM), OnCommand Unified Manager (OCUM) & On Command Performance Manager (OPM) Knowledge of NFS_&_CIFS

Optional Roles and Responsibilities:
•    Experience on 7-mode ONTAP.
•    NetApp certifications (NetApp Certified Data Administrator (NCDA) or NetApp Certified SAN Implementation Engineer)
•    Experience on Vserver, Vfiler, Namespace, Datamotion
•    Experience on NetApp tools, Knowledge of SAN fabrics, CISCO and Brocade experience
•    Knowledge of ISCSI and FC.
•    Understand procedures to ensure consistent storage provisioning, uptime. regulatory compliance and data protection.
•    Should be involved in Incident Management, Release Management, Change Management and Root Cause analysis whenever required.
•    Willingness to work in 24x7x365 storage environment including on-call rotation, weekend work, etc.
•    Implement Best Practices across Storage estate.
