Working with institutional investors, banks, insurance companies, governments and multinational corporations, Securities Services offers a range of fund administration, global custody, sub-custody and clearing, and corporate trust and loan agency services. 

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Officer.

Principal Responsibilities

In this role you will

  • Perform oversight and ensure all clients and service providers are operating in accordance with relevant rules and regulations as prescribed by the regulators and the constitutional documents of REITs
  • Review monthly financial statement and documents provided by fund manager and prepare relevant checklists
  • Handle cash flow and distribution requirements with fund manager and registrar
  • Partner with internal service providers, third party agents, fund manager, legal advisors and auditors to address queries and issues in an effective manner
  • Provide trustee advisory service addressing client enquires
  • Liaise with clients if there are any operational incidents 
  • Perform other ad hoc duties and projects as assigned
Requisitos

To be successful you will need

  • University degree or equivalent work experience. Experience in trustee, securities services and related fields. Knowledge of REITs industry, particularly trustee product and responsibilities
  • Considerable understanding of technology and systems supporting the product
  • Strong interpersonal, collaborative and influencing abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Self-driven and require minimal guidance and supervision
  • Familiar with local statutory requirements and regulations e.g.  SFC
  • Good analytical skills and decision-making ability. Ability to demonstrate ownership and management of issues
  • Strong team working ability and capable of encouraging ideas and input from team members
