We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of consultant specialist

In this role you will:

  • Manage end-to-end software development life cycle (requirement elicitation, translating to technical EPICs and stories, building, testing, deploying, and monitoring) on using Open Text Exstream framework.
  • Functional/Technical knowledge on document management systems: Content Manager.
  • Functional/Technical knowledge on client relation management system.
  • AWS Engineer with data migration knowledge.
  • Facilitate and drive key technology decisions with senior technology stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Open Text Exstream architectural, design, and coding best practices, including the ability to devise, defend, and communicate them to developer teams.
  • Actively participate to achieve organization objectives for efficiencies, innovations, and quality delivery. Perform pro-active analysis on day-to-day work, identify areas for automation, report and follow up on process or technical gaps, reduce repeat or false incidents, and standardize tasks/processes.
  • Troubleshoot and solve technical challenges common to large IT organizations trying to meet ever-rising expectations of the business. 
  • Demonstrate understanding of various software delivery methodologies (waterfall, iterative, Agile), when and how to implement them successfully, and their respective pros and cons.
  • Demonstrate strong experience in OTExstream with an extensive hands on designing and developing ( print, web/html, email, archive etc ) communications using OpenText Exstream 
  • Stay ahead of the curve by aligning technology architecture to business needs.
  • Identify opportunities to improve productivity and quality.
  • Attract, retain, and build top-notch web engineering talent.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requisitos

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent industry working experience.
  • 6+ years of software development experience specifically in OpenText OTExstream v16.x and above.
  • 6+ years knowledge on IBM Content Manager and IBM Content Navigator
  • 6+ years knowledge on Kofax Scanner Tool .
  • 6+ years of programming and software development life cycles (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, SaFe)
  • 6+ years of experience being OTExstream Lead Developer and should have knowledge of developing end-to-end CCM applications.
  • Excellent knowledge in Integrated output queues for printing and electronic channels. Thorough understanding of different output formats ( AFP, PDF etc ).
  • Expert knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server, PLSQL structure and development)
  • Experience in Jenkins, GitHub and Ansible is preferred.
  • Prefer knowledge of Control-M, Java, Web services, SOAP, Rest, XML, ASP, SQL Server, Oracle, UNIX, Linux, Tomcat, OWL, AJAX, and others as defined
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work on concurrent assignments with different priorities.
  • Expertise in large-scale enterprise software development best practices and software architecture design.
  • Proven experience in capacity planning for the team, estimations of new initiatives (effort and cost) for yearly planning cycles.
  • Proven experience in coaching and providing guidance to junior software engineers throughout all phases of the software development cycle
  • Strong communication skills and collaboration skills to communicate to different audience (technology leadership business leadership, team members etc.) appropriately. Strong understanding of ITL framework and experience of change management, problem management
