We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of  Senior Consultant Specialist

In this role, you will:

• Analyzing the client side and server-side results and providing a detailed test report. 
• Involved in status meetings with clients on daily or weekly basis.  
• Maintain all performance test results in confluence pages. 
• Review various reports prepared by Test engineers. Ensure the timely delivery of different testing milestones. 
• Support any BAU activities of control-M jobs ad hoc runs and status updates to GRC IT Team. 
• Creation/updating of existing control-M jobs as per JIRA details given by application teams. 

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

 Essential Skills

• Having 10 Plus Years of experience in Performance Testing and Manual testing. 
• Experience in performance testing using Microfocus Load Runner and Performance Center, Fiddler and monitoring with AppDynamics and Perfmon. 
• Experience in Load Testing, Stress Testing, Endurance and Benchmark Testing. 
• Experience on various types of Protocols Web (HTTP/HTML), web services. 
• Good understanding of performance testing life cycle, methodologies and techniques. 
• Good Knowledge on various domains like Banking, Insurance and Manufacturing. 
• Good at identifying requirements of the test and gathering information as part of on boarding new applications. 
• Preparing the Test plan documents and providing test estimates for the client sign off based the scope of testing. 
• Have proficient experience in developing test scripts using Load runner and maintaining script standards. 
• Good at setting up the test environment and monitoring setup in place for test executions. 
• Having good knowledge towards designing Scenarios and executing them using Controller & Performance Center. 
• Good experience in analyzing Memory and CPU related performance issues  
• Good at communicating with application team and handling clients, setting up meetings. 
• Able to evolve myself within new environment and good at understanding new technologies. 

Good to have

• Good knowledge on JMeter tool and Control-M tools. 
• Experience in JIRA board, and Service Now Change order creations to release jobs to Production via DIGI BA Portal and supported on call actives in current project. 
• Creation of Performance scripts using Virtual user generator 
• Enhanced the script using correlation, parameterization and verification points. 
• Executed different types of Performance tests in PC. 
• Gathering test results and server-side logs for performance monitoring
