  • Provide effective day to day secretarial support to Deputy Head of Banking and assigned business executives
  • Scheduling of appointments, coordination of meetings, and actively managing the calendars
  • Follow Expense policy, accurately preparing and submitting requisite expenses reports for assigned excutives in a timely manner.
  • Facilitating travel arrangements and prepare itineraries, adopting the internal travel policy at all times.
  • Provide logistical arrangement support for internal visitors and clients when required – Visa preparation
  • Provide efficient administrative support to assigned team and preform ad hoc assignments as required
  • Report pre-notification of G&E expenses on daily basis and generate expense report on monthly basis as per internal policy
  • Support onboarding and offboarding employees
  • Support internal/external event
  • Oversee general office operations, including supplies, staff’s postal, etc.
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism



Postulación

  • Prior experience in international company preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role
  • Effective verbal/written communication skills both Korean and English
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Ability to learn new skills and systems quickly
