- The role is to support (Wealth Premier Banking Operations) IWPB Ops Transformation under BWOT Program, a high priority programme and the major business transformation for Global Operations function, comprising multiple delivery programmes and enabler programmes. The role will report to the Regional Operations Transformation lead, which is tasked with owning End to End customer journeys and process re-engineering services and identifying process excellence opportunities across the change portfolio, working closely with Operations, lines of business, IT, Automation, Global IWPB to lead and drive streamline opportunities and Global Operating Models requested by different stakeholders.
- The role extends in understanding business and customer requirements, process improvement models, operating models and designing solutions/options whilst ensuring optimum functional alignment delivering and quantifying improvement benefits.
- The Process Consultant also supports change and champions continuous performance improvement across various Global Business lines, mainly for the priority markets.
What you’ll do:
- To lead and deliver the IWPB Ops transformation by focusing on the globally/ regionally and locally directed projects and initiatives by identifying opportunities, designing, implementing and embedding the change to the operations processes. Responsible for leading high and medium scale transformation and reengineering projects & initiatives or support Senior Process consultant’s in managing a large transformation program in order to deliver an agreed set of business objectives and meeting the overarching portfolio strategy for IWPB Operations Transformation program delivering tangible benefits and outcomes.
- The role requires to mentor one or many process analysts in a program/project environment guiding them to deliver program/project objectives.
- For specific functional areas, deliver step change in operational performance (cost, service levels, and customer satisfaction) through identification and successful initiation of new process improvement initiatives aligned with local/regional transformation initiatives.
- Act as trusted advisor and a partner to stakeholders to identify and ensure commercially based decisions are taken on prioritizing and optimizing the project portfolio.
- Work with the businesses as delivery partner to develop objectives and quantitative recommendations.
- Identify and recommend innovative solutions that are infused with emerging improvement trends and solutions while tempered with practical applicability.
- Working across regional and local teams to ensure commonality of understanding and objectives.
- Revisit projects post deployment on regular basis to validate whether the objectives are met and sustainable.
- Responsible to manage demand intake process through JIRA Confluence in collaborations with multiple Technology Stakeholders.
- Responsible to provide project status update to various governance forums, senior management and to update the same onto Clarity.
- Build trusted partnerships with internal customers by consistently identifying and delivering value added consultancy services and delivery that exceeds expectations and positions the transformation program for sustained success.
Requisitos
What you will need to succeed in the role:
- Candidate with 5+ years of overall transformation / change delivery experience and a variety of skills related to executing high and medium complexity projects and consulting engagements.
- Strong experience in Project Management and process improvement initiatives internally or other large complex organizations. Good understanding of overall banking and financial/consulting services industry knowledge will be preferred.
- Financial acumen: develop business case, benefit quantification and translate ideas into outcomes.
- Strong problem-solving skills using end to end process reviews and data driven analysis.
- Good working knowledge of functional area in an operational or consulting capacity.
- Experience in managing senior stakeholders and demonstrated ability to rapidly build relationships with key stakeholders and translate ideas into outcomes.
- Working knowledge of Wealth and Personal Banking will be preferred.
- Exposure / experience to Robotics / AI and other light automations tools / techniques will be preferred.
- Having knowledge of the change process, project lifecycle and consulting tools and techniques, LSS – Lean Six Sigma experience is a strong plus.
- Working knowledge and experience of Project Management and Business Transformation frameworks (BTF) will be an advantage.
- Understands how technology/process improvements add value to the business and to the end customer.
- Preferably Black Belt or Green Belt trained / certified.
- Working across cultures and in matrix organizational structures.
- Ability to form working relationships at senior level in the organization.
- Ability to develop cohesive working relationships with business partners.
- Good English written & verbal communication skills, negotiation skills and influencing skills.
