We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Product Manager, Commercial Cards.

Principal Responsibilities

• You’re passionate about Cash Management and its role in enabling the treasury function, and you are interested in building your brand in the field
• Moreover, you’re also convinced of commercial card payments’ potential role in enabling new business models and being a driver of our clients’ business growth
• You’re curious and enjoy leading exploratory conversations and workshopping with clients and colleagues, and you tend to think big picture and draw insights and identify trends from data analysis
• You’re comfortable making a recommendation based on the information you have available and are happy to condense ideas into concrete actions
• You take responsibility and are excited to see projects move forward and use available data to measure their level of success
• You’re comfortable sharing bad news and like to learn from your experience
• You are interested in moving into a leadership position in the future but are comfortable working independently now

Responsibility   

• Derive and execute commercialization and revenue initiatives to drive product performance for customer acquisition, retention and maximize utilization
• Produce commercialisation tools and industry propositions for growth segments
• Derive and execute business analytics on client prospecting and performance trackers for frontlines to drive commercialisation
• Provide insight on local customer needs, emerging market trends, infrastructure development, competitors’ move and the regulatory environment related to commercial cards
• Support GPS frontlines on complex deals solutioning, deal implementation oversight, providing internal frontline training, and also managing client events

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, IT or design
• Work experience in banking, preferably in cash management, or market client facing banking functions
• Proven experience in product management, technology and operations, process improvements or project management disciplines
• Practical knowledge in solution sales and implementations are highly desirable
• Strong team player, highly motivated with an achievement-oriented approach to business
• Strong analytical skills and ability to analyse complex problems, interpret customer or operational needs and develop integrated, creative solutions
• Able to work under pressure with Key Performance Indicators and in a rapidly evolving environment
• Interest to operate on a cross regional and cross functional basis, and engage the market, industry associations
• Fluency in English and Chinese
