· Possess good understanding of cash management products including payment, collection and liquidity to develop and manage products to meet the market requirements
· Ensure that all responsible products comply with local regulations, HSBC group policies and internal procedures.
· Work collaborative with internal stakeholders including Sales, Onboarding and Client Service teams to contribute towards overall GPS objectives
· Responsible for the performance and profitability by forming strategies and initiatives to improve profitability and control costs.
· Responsible for budget planning including P&L and cost by working closely with GPS Head, Local Finance Team and Regional Business and Finance stakeholders.
· Monitor and evaluate financial performance throughout the year and ability to provide commentary and present on overall business performance to relevant stakeholders
· Ability to articulate overall GPS strategies, execution plan and performance in alignment with Regional and Global directions through close collaboration with Regional Business Management teams
· Produce comprehensive dashboard and communications for GPS including key business performance and projects/initiatives.
· Work with relevant teams to build market intelligence on market environment, competitive landscapes and clients that can be used in identifying potential business opportunities and track business performance against the benchmark.
· Master’s degree in related field
· Minimum 5 years’ experience in Cash Management Area experience preferable in the area of product management
· Possesses project management and consultative skill
· Strong knowledge of banking products and systems
· Ability to meet challenging budget and to work under high pressure environment.
· Ability to interact, communicate, negotiate, and convince effectively at all levels both internally and externally.
· Excellent command of both spoken and written English/Thai
