We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director

In this role, you will:

  • Oversee and managing the deliverables throughout the MAP Delivery lifecycle, for a dedicated MAP workstream across the HSBC group.
  • Work with business and technology owners to define and deliver scope and priorities.
  • Provide supporting documentation, regular progress reports and risk and issue management.
  • Establish effective working relationships across other areas of HSBC including Product Owners, IAM Stakeholders and IT teams.
  • Take ownership of critical issues and ensures resolution within agreed timescales and implements mitigating plans against identified risks and issues.
  • Manage the project budget, resources and timeline.
Requisitos

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • IT project management experience within technical and complex environments.
  • Delivery experience within IAM or in the delivery of cyber related projects. 
  • Experience of delivering significant change projects across technology, people and process.
  • Proven track record of working with technical, cybersecurity and/or operations teams.
  • Good understanding of IAM products and controls capabilities and requirements.
  • Ability to confidently drive and lead geographically disbursed team and pull them together to achieve common objectives.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and excellent communication skills of both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Positive team player who is able to add value throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Agile and Waterfall (Hybrid) Project Management approaches.
