We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director
In this role, you will:
- Oversee and managing the deliverables throughout the MAP Delivery lifecycle, for a dedicated MAP workstream across the HSBC group.
- Work with business and technology owners to define and deliver scope and priorities.
- Provide supporting documentation, regular progress reports and risk and issue management.
- Establish effective working relationships across other areas of HSBC including Product Owners, IAM Stakeholders and IT teams.
- Take ownership of critical issues and ensures resolution within agreed timescales and implements mitigating plans against identified risks and issues.
- Manage the project budget, resources and timeline.
Requisitos
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- IT project management experience within technical and complex environments.
- Delivery experience within IAM or in the delivery of cyber related projects.
- Experience of delivering significant change projects across technology, people and process.
- Proven track record of working with technical, cybersecurity and/or operations teams.
- Good understanding of IAM products and controls capabilities and requirements.
- Ability to confidently drive and lead geographically disbursed team and pull them together to achieve common objectives.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and excellent communication skills of both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Positive team player who is able to add value throughout the project lifecycle.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Agile and Waterfall (Hybrid) Project Management approaches.
