The role of a Project Manager, Client Implementation & Integration, is critical to ensure the technical aspects of a client’s project align with their business objectives, and that the resulting solutions are robust, scalable, and efficient. The role is key to shaping global and local client relationships through managing multiple projects concurrently to successful completion – driving client satisfaction and supporting onboarding excellence.
Role summary
- Manage multiple projects to on-board clients to HSBC Digital Channels (HSBCnet, Treasury API, H2H and SwiftNet) and GPS Products.
- Support pre-mandate and RFI/RFP consultation and project management expertise for our diverse client base, utilising your knowledge of Payments, Liquidity, ERP, and Regulatory Solutions.
- Streamline documentation processes using tools like GDOCs to ensure accurate and timely delivery, minimising friction.
- Help identify and highlight technical blockers that may affect a successful implementation to maintain a best-in-class customer experience.
- Employ proactive project management methodologies and utilise our scalable organisation designs to manage multiple client projects effectively.
- Awareness of both the wider financial and technical environment of the client’s business.
- Employ logical problem-solving skills to both the client’s and Bank’s satisfaction.
- · Support the strategic priorities of the GPS business, promoting a positive culture by maintaining a balanced approach to work and life, even when under pressure.
Your responsibilities will include
- Build trusted relationships with clients through effective communication, understanding their business needs, and ensuring satisfaction with the onboarding process.
- Communicate with stakeholders sharing project status, risks, and issues.
- Manage a varied portfolio of global projects.
- Ensure every client is able to operate their accounts and services as expected, and project expectations are met before a project is completed.
- Drive project timelines to achieve optimal time to revenue, focusing on high revenue/strategic clients.
- Simplify and challenge existing processes. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our Net Promoter Score.
Requisitos
- A good understanding of Payment Types Regionally & awareness Globally.
- Experience in building effective client relationships and stakeholder management.
- Proven ability to excel under pressure and drive strategic initiatives forward.
- A good understanding of the various industry standard formats (including ISO20022), testing processes and methodologies.
- Experience of project management desirable.
- Familiarity with design thinking principles.
