The Opportunity: 

  • Risk & Compliance Transformation Project Managers are responsible to plan, mobilize and direct projects of medium to high complexity and scale from definition to closure.
  • Risk and Compliance Transformation is part of the Chief Operating Office (COO) sub function which is responsible for providing services to ensure the efficient and effective management and operational running of the function.

What you’ll do:

  • Responsible for the end-to-end planning and delivery of a single project or workstream of a larger project or programme, proactively balancing scope, schedule, budget, risks, outcomes and benefits. Projects can be standalone or form part of a programme.
  • Deploying the HSBC Change Framework within your project.
  • Work closely with Programme Managers and / or Senior Project Managers to ensure alignment of their project with the wider change portfolio.
  • Supporting small changes' by providing oversight and guidance to multiple smaller initiatives within a priority market.
Requisitos

What you will need to succeed in the role:

  • Project management skills and experience.
  • Examples of the delivery of on time and on budget projects that achieve business case stated outcomes.
  • A driver with bias towards delivery at pace and controlling project outcomes.
  • In depth experience of working in a banking environment and change projects.
  • Stakeholder management experience, especially impactful communication, influencing and running project governance.
  • Implementation, change management and benefits realization.

What additional skills will be good to have?

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Agile (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban etc.) - Optional.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) - Optional.
