We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist
In this role, you will:
- Develop test strategies and plan to define overall testing approach, including scope, objectives and timelines
- Define quality metrics for evaluating software quality
- Identify potential testing risks and develop mitigation strategy
- Manage test execution
- Tracking and reporting defects
- Ensuring test environment readiness
- Coordinating with lead engineer, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth testing processes
- Guiding and mentoring testing team and promoting best practices
- Reporting on test progress and results
- Lead and execute automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
- Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in test automation and continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements
Strong experience in Manual and Automation Testing.
Strong understanding SQL, MS- Excel, and database concept.
Develop QA Metrics and knowledge of JIRA. Experience with issue tracking tools such JIRA.
Experience with agile development methodologies and CI/CD Pipelines. Must have experience working in Agile Environment
Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies. Knowledge of GCP.
Self-motivated team player with demonstrated problem solving skills, Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Good Communication and coordination skills
Experience in leading the team in navigating customer requirements & design solutions
Risk management skills , Collaborative working style, Business communication , Constructive conflict resolution
