We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Software Engineer - Senior System Administrator

In this role, you will:
•    Govern the adherence to Mandatory Procedure and Operating instructions relating to patching risks, Ensure adherence to compliance with all relevant internal policies and external regulatory requirements. 
•    Manage day-to-day risk and compliance workload activities for Patch management globally including issue management, audits, control management and Stakeholder management.
•    Improve and drive patch capability across all areas, aligning with the objectives by identifying the trends in the risk and control environment and advice Risk Owners, Platform Owners and Control Owners in ensuring timely and accurate identification and assessment of risks.
•    Support Risk and Control Owners in identifying anomalies in control effectiveness, guide stakeholders to ensure timely identification of potential issues, provide advice in terms of remediation actions to achieve effective control environment.
•    Maintain effective key controls to mitigate operational risks. Engage in Continuous Monitoring of the control MIs and proactively highlight issues with a solution-orientated approach.
•    Facilitate timely implementation of recommendation made by internal / external auditors and regulator for the control. Complete risk and control responsibilities and tasks assigned by Control Owner.
•    Build and maintain a strong network of stakeholders, ensuring open and transparent channels of communication between stakeholders and subsequently fostering and promoting collaboration.

Requisitos

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: 
•    Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience within IT Service Continuity Management, Risk Management, or Controls Monitoring.
•    Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and risk governance practices.
•    Expert Level Excel User – Ability to write/maintain macros, pivots and develop senior management level reporting. Analyze multiple data objects and translate to business level reporting is required
•    Strong knowledge of data analysis and development of reporting through BI tools like Qlik sense and powerBI.
•    Working / Good knowledge of information security risk management processes and controls. Good knowledge of Patch management & vulnerability management controls role.
•    Experience working on complex projects across multiple domains. Ability to interpret complex data and add value to the business decision making process.
•    Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively and confidently at all levels across the Group and across different cultures.
•    Candidate should be flexible enough to take different responsibilities as per the requirements. Quick learner and good team player.
