In this role you will:
- Build deep, long-term relationships with the founders, finance partners and Venture Capitalists of growing technology companies in the Enterprise B2B and Frontier tech vertical.
- Maintain a portfolio of enterprise B2B clients, which includes ongoing portfolio management responsibilities and effectivity deploying HSBC Innovation Banking platform.
- Develop a deep understanding of banking products such as cash managements solution, lending and credit products.
- Identify and target new opportunities to support clients' needs.
- Understand the client’s business model, operational structure, growth strategy and competitive landscape.
- Engage with internal teams to ensure all aspects of client experience - from onboarding to ongoing service – are seamless, timely manner and delivered with high level of satisfaction.
- Developing the HSBC Innovation Banking brand by both creating and being in the market at industry events and work proactively to develop value-add introductions and connections in the ecosystem.
You should apply if you have:
- Role holder must be located in Israel with fluent business English and Hebrew.
- Experience in business development, preferably from the tech ecosystem such as software company/venture capital/consulting firm/Tech ecosystem.
- Experience in building long-term relationships and proven origination skills to build a high quality of client portfolio.
- Interest in technology trends, key metrics, and capital markets impacting the innovation ecosystem.
- Proactive, self-motivated, success driven and uncompromising attention to details.
- Demonstrate ability to self-learning, work effectively in a very dynamic, fast paced environment with multiple teams and functions and across multiple projects.
- Identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
- Strong time management, organizational skills, and multi-tasking skills.
