We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Marketing Title.

In this role, you will:

•    Experience & Good understanding in Ansible Automation Tool. 
•    Perform rule request intake and approval process, ensuring business requirements meet the technical expectations for requests, ensuring strict adherence to documented guidelines.
•    Work on creation of new security policies, review and ensure the scanning can be enabled via Ansible on Hadoop Application & Services.
•    Effective communication with business on any variances from technical specifications or follow up questions/clarification on rule requirements.
•    Analyze and assess production violations against benchmark expectations and identify candidates for maturing existing rules.
•    Ensure approvals the Ansible reports are generated on time within SLA defined.
•    Acquire a thorough understanding of the process procedures, keep abreast with changes made and efficiently communicate them to the team. 
•    Review current practices, initiate process improvements to better response times and improve performance.
•    Involved in configuration Baseline rule creation via Ansible and setting up these rules to run periodically and publishing the reports.
•    DevOps tooling knowledge.
•    Identify potential false positives / Non-Events or any anomalies in policies and rules.
•    Generate reports and metrics for management.
•    Event Analysis results for both short term responses and long-term trending on potential fine tuning of policies and rules.
•    Implement policies and procedures in all concerned business areas and ensure that audit requirements are met in day-to-day operations. 
•    To adhere to the security and compliance standards and deliver good customer service. 
•    Ensure positive relationships are built and maintained with all parties ensuring recommendations are made and cascaded across the team. 
•    Ensure that knowledge and experience are shared with colleagues, providing assistance on referred/technical issues.
•    Review the solution designs from Security perspective.
•    Good knowledge on different layers of Security (Perimeter Security, Authentication, Authorization, Encryption, Audit & Governance)
•    Good to have Hadoop components knowledge especially Knox, Ranger & KMS.
•    Good to have knowledge on Cloud Architecture.
•    Manage and administer Hadoop clusters, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
•    Administer Hadoop clusters for stability and performance.
•    Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Hadoop ecosystem components (HDFS, YARN, Hive, HBase, Spark).
•    Experience working on security aspects – Kerberos, AD integration, SSL, Ranger, KMS, IPA
•    Working Knowledge of Nifi, Kafka
•    Troubleshoot and resolve Hadoop-related issues.
•    Ensure security and compliance of Hadoop environments.
•    Strong Understanding of Hadoop Architecture – HDFS, YARN, High Availability..
•    Manage configuration and optimization of Hadoop services.
•    Implement monitoring and alerting for Hadoop clusters.
 

Requisitos

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•    3-6 years of relevant experience in IT Security
•    Quick learner with an ability to share and transfer knowledge.
•    Ability to understand, work with and interpret numeric data.
•    Ability to build and maintain cordial relationship with users, peers and people at all levels using diplomacy, judgment, and interpersonal skills.
•    Minimum of two year’s Information Technology/ IT Security experience / Data Loss Prevention experience or equivalent.
•    Good understanding of Data Security / Data Privacy policies and standards.
•    Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, related technical field, or equivalent experience
•    Must be able to identify problems, evaluate security issues, assess risk, and implement solutions to defend against security threats.
•    Must be able to review the current process followed for access provisioning, server/cluster build, support to evaluate any risks and suggest changes to eliminate the potential risks from the process being followed.
•    Must have very good understanding on Ansible to run jobs independently.
•    Carry out internal Audits on regular basis to evaluate the Big Data, Ingestion estate compliance to Controls and suggest remediations.
•    Good to have Certifications related to Security role (Example – CEH, CCNA Security, CISSP etc.)
