We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Sales Management Manager. 

Principal Responsibilities

  • Champion sales analytic framework for Sales Department to perform analysis to support both regular and thematic initiatives
  • Manage sales performance tracking to monitor activities against business performance objectives and provide insight for strategy planning
  • Provide support to Sales Management Office in devising and implementing sales growth strategies
  • Coordinate with sales teams to provide support on the delivery of growth strategies and key initiatives
  • Represent SMO to coordinate with other departments on key initiatives for new business, process streamlining and product development
  • Gate-keep and manage effective frontline communications, including internal events, training and daily operations
Requisitos
  • Undergraduate or post graduate degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Management or related field
  • Solid SFC knowledge with experience in financial services, wealth management, private banking or brokerage industry such as fixed income, securities dealing and derivatives trading
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to form effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to details to formulate analysis with actionable plan
  • Ability to work with tight deadlines with strong problem solving skills
  • Mature and dependable to lead a small team, people management experience is a plus
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese, both written and verbal to be considered for this role, the relevant rights to work in Hong Kong is required
