Principal Responsibilities

·       Build and execute a sales strategy in conjunction with GB  coverage team in the area

·       Accountable for Financial performance (EBV and expense targets)

·       Account planning for all key GB accounts in the area with deliverables agreed with coverage team; quarterly review of progress against account plans

·       Assume practice leadership as assigned (e.g. Sales process, Solutioning, marketing etc.)

·       Execute governance process with the leadership of GB segment in the area

·       Direct management of area GB Sales team – includes Coaching, performance and talent management

·       Ensure compliance with GPS Sales procedures and practices

On site leadership role to coordinate on behalf of INM GPS sales leadership and the regional leadership team.

Requisitos

Qualifications/Requirements:

Post graduate with at least 10-13 years of post-qualification experience with proven track record in the domain of cash management.

Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

·       University degree with 8-10 years of relevant experience in cash management sales

·       Strong knowledge of local / regional / global cash management products

·       Proven ability in identifying and meeting customer needs through matching a broad range of products and services and in delivering customer solutions

·       Well-developed communication, presentation, interpersonal, negotiating and influencing skills

·       Ability to operate on a cross-regional and cross-functional basis

·       Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Desirable:

·       Experience of working in an International Global Banking environment

MBA from a Tier-1 institute         

Additional Information 

Mandatory to successfully complete Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions training and post-course assessment, as required.
