We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior AI Solution Lead - DIGITAL CHANNELS.
Principal responsibilities
Lead an AI engineering development pod of 5 ppl to deliver rapid prototype solution for PoC
Be responsible for technical training and best practice establishment for the AI engineering team.
Lead the market vendor solution study, build and manage the partnership with AI leading vendors in China.
Be responsible for strategic AI-ready data design and collaborate with Data & Analytics team for data transformation program delivery.
Requisitos
7+ years of hands-on development experience to deliver production-grade Machine Learning / AI solutions in an enterprise environment or as a start-up.
Technical savvy for quick experimenting the state-of-art AI algorithms and open source packages.
Product mindset in designing and owning the roadmap of an AI application.
Proficient in coding and proven experience in managing small developer team for agile delivery.
Candidates with proven exposures in academic or industry communities / conferences are highly preferred.
Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
Due to the urgent hiring need, candidates with immediate right to work locally and no relocation need will be prioritised.
