We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Analyst - Data and Analytics.

Principal responsibilities

Impact on the Business

• Implement outcome of business analytics and develop effective personal and relevant commu-nications to support business strategies.
• Provide comprehensive innovative and analytical solutions capitalizing advanced data and ana-lytics capabilities and communication toolkits.
• Optimize and craft personal and relevant com-munications through targeting/offers and indus-trialized processes.
• Support to enable point-in-time personalized and relevant dialogues with customers
• Support to enhance operational effectiveness leveraging the advanced technologies and communication toolkit.
• Champion customer experience as the forefront in customer communications.

Operational Effectiveness & Control:

• Execute industrialized processes to serve busi-ness analytics and customer communications.
• Adopt tools to optimize resource vs activities.
• Adopt best practices and standards of analytics and communications.
• Align governance and controls towards Group’s standards in a progressive approach.     

• Degree holder or above in Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or other related discipline
• Experience in working with large volume of data with database systems or cloud. Scripting language capabilities in Python, SQL/BigQuery.
• Knowledge of in any one or combination of Big Data processing platforms e.g. AWS, GCP, and advanced visualization tools e.g. Qlik, Tableau, Adobe Analytics etc.
• Mature and independent professional to drive analytics workstream with minimal oversight.
• Able to work independently with guidance from remote teams.
• Excellent communication skills. Be able to understand the background of the audience and be able to communicate the message in an effective manner
• Self-Motivated, positive, passionate and willingness of continue learning.    

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
