We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Assistant Vice President, Financial crime Detection & Digital Enablement 

Principal responsibilities 

  • Capture, maintenance, and development of both generalised and role specific learning pathways focused on enhancing Scaled Agile Ways of Working.
  • Enablement and coordination of Communities of Practice for both role specific and topic focused groups.
  • Managing stakeholder communications and requirements considering the above and building adequate feedback loops to ensure continual improvement is at the heart of everything we do.
  • Build and maintain tracking and data report artifacts to oversee the implementation and effectiveness of learning pathways and the established communities of practise.
  • Field and manage stakeholder queries and enable pragmatic communications between sub-value streams leaders and members and training delivery SMEs.
  • Work to facilitate meaningful conversations within the Communities of Practice and empower identified core team members to run, grow and embed the various new communities.
  • Work closely with the Agile and Capability Senior Manager to build out effective learning and capability enhancement pathways to realise our aspiration to become a model Value Stream with regards to Scaled Agile ways of working.
  • Work closely with the Communities of Practice Senior Manager to build and grow an active community of self-empowered collectives to enhance and grow professional standards in their relevant areas of focus.
  • Work closely with the wider Senior Management team within Professional Standards to support the vision and goal of building and maintaining an industry-leading FC capability to support greater agility, collaboration and value delivery.
Requisitos
  • Proven ability to work on multi-function projects, and excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent PowerPoint skills -  be able to produce presentations suitable for a FC D&I wide audience
  • Experience of writing clear and concise communications, suitable for audiences at all levels
  • Ability to prioritise conflicting demands and problem solve in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to work well under pressure to tight deadlines
  • Ability to build rapport and relationships with stakeholders at all levels to achieve desired outcomes
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently
  • Strong planning, organisation, and time management skills
  • Utilise design thinking to build and track MI to measure outputs effectively
  • Passionate about making a difference to People, Culture and contributing to creating High Performing teams
