We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Business Analyst Lead

Principal responsibilities

  • Responsible for leading discovery, definition & delivery of Custody Asset Services Transformation programmes.
  • Mentor and guide the local Business Analyst team, fostering a collaborative environment and promoting professional development.
  • Establish and implement best practices for business analysis within the team, ensuring consistent and high-quality deliverables.
  • Analyze major transformation projects, identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring successful implementation of solutions
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including operations, technology, and compliance teams, to gather requirements and ensure alignment on project goals.
  • Create comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user stories, to support project objectives
  • Assist in change management activities, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and systems across the organization.
  • Define and track performance metrics to measure the success of implemented solutions and initiatives
Requisitos
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor a team, driving high performance and professional growth.
  • Strong Corporate Actions domain expertise & problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Experience leading testing across large change initiatives
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and work to bring clarity by effectively engaging clients or partners.
  • Proven ability to work in a matrix environment, with strong ability to influence and persuade.
  • Excellent communication, leadership and project management skills
  • Ability to execute role with a high level of autonomy while being mindful of when to seek guidance and approval.
  • Knowledge of Custody Asset Services is a must.
