We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Business Analyst Lead
Principal responsibilities
- Responsible for leading discovery, definition & delivery of Custody Asset Services Transformation programmes.
- Mentor and guide the local Business Analyst team, fostering a collaborative environment and promoting professional development.
- Establish and implement best practices for business analysis within the team, ensuring consistent and high-quality deliverables.
- Analyze major transformation projects, identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring successful implementation of solutions
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including operations, technology, and compliance teams, to gather requirements and ensure alignment on project goals.
- Create comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user stories, to support project objectives
- Assist in change management activities, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and systems across the organization.
- Define and track performance metrics to measure the success of implemented solutions and initiatives
Requisitos
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a team, driving high performance and professional growth.
- Strong Corporate Actions domain expertise & problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Experience leading testing across large change initiatives
- Ability to manage ambiguity and work to bring clarity by effectively engaging clients or partners.
- Proven ability to work in a matrix environment, with strong ability to influence and persuade.
- Excellent communication, leadership and project management skills
- Ability to execute role with a high level of autonomy while being mindful of when to seek guidance and approval.
- Knowledge of Custody Asset Services is a must.
