We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Business Analyst.

Business: Regional CIO - ASP

Principal responsibilities

  • Active team player.
  • Work with Unsecured Product managers and HSBC stakeholders to understand roadmaps and participate in the future of products and implementation of new card and loan features.
  • Help the Product teams to solve problems, fix poor experiences and design solutions by leveraging your knowledge and the capabilities of the Base Global platform.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of credit card and loan projects along with HSBC and FIS teams.
  • Analyze and document the ever-changing functionality and architecture of the P1C (erstwhile Base Global), MAPS and HSBC interfaces.
  • Participate in and support the bi-monthly deployment of the FIS Compliance and Functionality releases.
  • Work closely with both FIS and HSBC IT teams to manage the runway of change and development on the Base Global system, with particular focus on prioritization, cost and resources.
Requisitos
  • Degree or similar educated.
  • Proven track record of working as an effective Technical Business Analyst.
  • Previous experience in a Cards processing system will be an advantage.
  • Experienced in working with multiple teams including a third party entity partner.
  • Working knowledge on the following vendor systems: Base Global, MAPS – please make this clear on your CV.
  • Excellent communication, especially in oral English, influencing and interpersonal skills, enabling you to work closely with Product managers. IT managers and vendors.
  • The ability to drive and deliver change, working with both vendors, and local or regional HSBC teams.
  • Excellent problem solving skills, with the ability to provide the Business with multiple potential solutions to the same challenge through lateral thinking.
  • An engaging and challenging personality: you can make solid working relationships with all types of colleagues, while also being prepared to challenge them to drive your strategies and ideas.
  • Proven success in being able to implement your ideas and initiatives, whether big or small.
  • Strong values, being able to demonstrate that you are open, connected and dependable.
